In this strategy, the fund manager invests in small- and medium-sized infrastructure projects. Subsequently, the fund manager goes on to create and\/or add value through acquisitions or growth investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Value-add managers also benefit from the high demand for turnkey infrastructure and the opportunities to sell their projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustainability, urbanisation, digitalisation and maintenance of existing infrastructure create a significant need for new infrastructure investments. Infrastructure investments in renewable energy and electricity networks, among others, therefore also contribute positively to the energy transition.
