These are large and complex transactions that require expertise and financial clout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IBS Five Arrows Private Equity Fund is divided with 65% in Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities Fund VI and 35% in direct co-investments with Rotschild &amp; Co.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fund can purchase multiple types of private equity portfolios, including: buyouts, expansion capital and growth technology transactions.
