These are large and complex transactions that require expertise and financial clout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fund can purchase multiple types of private equity portfolios, including: buyouts, expansion capital and growth technology transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FASO partners with the managers of the purchased private equity portfolios and assists them with new investments, reallocation of capital and fund restructuring, among other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fund will purchase up to fifteen private equity portfolios over the life of the fund, with transaction sizes between \u20ac30 million and \u20ac80 million.
